Overview
Creating a cohesive and exclusive collection of illustrations, Lottie animations, and 3D assets requires meticulous planning, strategic collaboration, and efficient execution. As a design manager, I led a program collaborating with over 40 illustrators, animators, and 3D designers to produce a distinctive asset library tailored to diverse user needs. This case study details the steps, challenges, and successes of this large-scale design initiative.
The digital asset marketplace required a premium collection to cater to an evolving user base demanding high-quality, exclusive assets. The objective was to produce a wide variety of illustrations, animations, and 3D models that were not only visually compelling but also technically optimized for modern platforms. The project aimed to leverage the expertise of a diverse team of creatives while maintaining a unified design language.
