Responsabilities
Overview
As a Visual Designer, I was tasked with creating a comprehensive visual design report for Polygon’s diverse range of products, including Polygon PoS, zkEVM, and Polygon ID. The primary objective was to develop a visually cohesive and informative report that highlighted the unique attributes of each product while maintaining the overarching Polygon brand identity. This report aimed to communicate complex product insights to stakeholders, partners, and the broader Web3 community in an engaging and accessible manner.
Initial Challenges
The project presented several challenges:
Product Diversity: Ensuring the report captured the distinct functionalities and value propositions of multiple products without losing consistency.
Complex Information: Translating technical and intricate product details into visually digestible content.
Brand Alignment: Maintaining a unified design language that adhered to Polygon’s brand guidelines.
Audience Variety: Catering to a diverse audience, including developers, investors, and non-technical stakeholders.
Research & Brand Immersion
The research phase was critical in defining the report’s structure and design:
Product Understanding: Collaborated with product teams to gain in-depth knowledge of each product’s features, use cases, and target audiences.
User Insights: Analyzed feedback from stakeholders to identify their preferences and expectations for the report.
Brand Study: Reviewed Polygon’s visual identity and previous design assets to ensure alignment with its core branding elements.
Industry Trends: Studied design practices in Web3 reporting to incorporate innovative and relevant visual elements.
